From Broadway, turn south onto 61st Street and then left (east) onto Avenue T 1/2, turn right (south) onto 59th Street, turn right onto Weber Avenue and finally right (north) onto 61st Street. (Serbian is in the middle of the block on the north bound side so you'll want to make the block and come back to the gate.) If there is very light traffic, you might be able to navigate across via the left-turn lane.
